T-Shirts No Longer Available
Sorry, but the T-Shirts are no longer available for order. The content below has been retained as an acknowledgement to those who kindly offered their services, namely LaZer Art Productions, Horton's Books, and Victoria Sutherland Photography.
The shirts are a "burnt orange" colour accurately shown in the photo of Bill Craig in the center. The images either side are composite ones designed to demonstrate the layout of the logos. Although every attempt has been made to match the color, they may not accurately reflect it. (Photo courtesy of Victoria Sutherland.)
All profits (ie. after deduction of production costs) from the sale of T-Shirts will go to the Carroll County Humane Society's "West Georgia Spay-Neuter Clinic". See "Donate" page of this site for details.
Please note that this is not a payment form. It is an order request. To make an order and pay for T-Shirts, please go to the T-Shirt Purchase page. This form should onlybe used if you do not have a PayPal account to use, are unwilling to create a PayPal account, or if the PayPal secure payment process does not work for you.
The decision whether or not to print any shirts without any confirmation of payment is entirely the decision of Lazer Art Productions, and it is anticipated that they will not be willing to post your order unless some payment or confirmation of payment is received. We apologize if this is inconvenient, but Lazer Art Productions are extending themselves to offer these shirts at a great price, and we would hate for them to be left out of pocket and no funds reaching the Carroll County Humane Society.
This form will send an email to Jerry Buza, "LaZer Art Productions" (www.gozapart.com) requesting him to print the shirts. They can be left for collection at Horton's Books, Carrollton, Georgia (www.hortonsbooks.com), where you can leave payment (no postage payable), or can be mailed to your (sorry US only for now) address on request. T-Shirts are priced at $12.99 (plus $4.95 shipping via USPS Priority Service if requested).
If you live outside the US and would like shirt(s), please ask Lazer Art Productions for postage costs first using the "Additional Information" field of the form.
