The forms referred to as PDF files (Portable Document Format) require that your computer has the Adobe Acrobat Reader (or similar "PDF Reader") software installed to open it.  You can download and install this software by clicking the link below:

If the PDF Donation or Pledge form opens in Adobe Acrobat Reader within the same or new window or tab of your browser, but you would prefer to Save the file and open it later for printing, then use the Acrobat Reader's "File" menu and click on "Save a Copy", then browse to a suitable folder to save it.

You may also RIGHT-Click (that is click with the Right Mouse Button or equivalent action if using a laptop) on the links to the various PDF forms on this site and choose the "Save Target As" option to download and save the file directly without opening it for viewing.
