| Michelle McKee Photography - Plymouth WI Official photographer for the Dallas, TX to Dallas, GA ride 2008.
Michelle dedicated her time selflessly in 2008 in the creation and maintenance of the Dallas to Dallas
website using her own web space, and took a lot of fantastic photographs. Although unable to dedicate as
much time in 2010, she kindly registered our c2cr2c.com domain name and created valuable webspace for us to
host this site on. Thank you Michelle. |

| Marty
Neese - A True Friend I would like to thank Marty for his invaluable help, expertise, and comeraderie on the Dallas to Dallas ride of 2008 and also in advance for this Carrollton to Carrollton ride of 2010. Marty Neese is a long-time family friend. He and our son Jason have considered themselves "brothers" for many years. He is a cabinet maker by trade, and an animal lover by nature. He is also a big music lover, one of his favorites being David Allan Coe, and sings continually. I am the lucky one I suppose, Dondra has to sit in the van with him singing! Marty has selflessly given up his valuable time to become an irreplaceable member of the Ride Crew on both occasions. Not only is he an excellent bicycle mechanic and all-round handyman, but he will be driving the support van and assisting with navigation planning and numerous other activities along with my wife Dondra. Thank you for all your help, Marty. I am truly endebted to you. |

No Kill Nation At NKN our mission and passion is to educate, enlighten and inspire all of us to know that there is a better way. That the status quo is a betrayal to our kindred spirits. The mass systematic shelter killing of the innocent loving souls, whose only crime is that they are unable to find a loving, caring home, is immoral, unacceptable, and unnecessary. With compassionate dedication we will and must finally end this injustice, for only then shall we find true redemption. NKN was founded on the principles and inspiration
found in the book Redemption: "The Myth of Pet Overpopulation and the No
Kill Revolution in America" by Nathan Winograd. |

Nathan J. Winograd Award winning author of "Redemption: The Myth of Pet Overpopulation & The No Kill Revolution in America" and "Irreconcilable Differences: The Battle for the Heart and Soul of America's Animal Shelters". "We have the power to build a new consensus, which rejects killing as a method for achieving results. And we can look forward to a time when the wholesale slaughter of animals in shelters is viewed as a cruel aberration of the past. We have a choice. We can fully, completely, and without reservation embrace No Kill as our future. Or we can continue to legitimize the two-pronged strategy of failure: adopt a few and kill the rest. It is a choice which history has thrown upon us. We are the generation that questioned the killing. We are the generation that has discovered how to stop it. Will we be the generation that does?" Nathan kindly took the time to leave a very supportive and encouraging voice mail which you can Listen To. Thank you for your support Nathan. |

No-Kill Advocacy Center 6114 La Salle Avenue #837 Oakland, CA 94611 Telephone: 510-530-5124 Fax: 510-530-1317 "If every animal shelter in the United States embraced the No Kill philosophy and the programs and services that make it a reality, we would save nearly four million dogs and cats who are scheduled to die in shelters this year, and the year after that. It is not an impossible dream." Nathan Winograd (see above) is the Director of the No Kill Advocacy Center - the nation’s premier organization working to end the systematic killing of animals in U.S. shelters. C2CR2C and The No-Kill Advocacy Center share the same driving force. |

Grand Saline Main Street The Grand Saline Main Street Program is dedicated to rebuilding our community and making it a better place to live, play, work, worship and raise families. As we like to say, we're rebuilding Grand Saline "One Brick At A Time!!!" Jason Walker, Vice Chair of Grand Saline Main Street posted the
following lovely message on the C2CR2C Facebook page: Jason Walker is also helping to arrange publicity and a welcoming
reception at Grand Saline for the C2CR2C team. Being the first overnight
stop (accommodation provided by Beth and Pat Fisher at
Little
Fannie's), this type of kindness and involvement is a real morale booster and
I am very proud that I chose Grand Saline as one of my stops. |
